Any item/s we have in stock and is ordered before 4pm GMT will be despatched on the same day. For other item/s that are not in stock, please contact us prior to placing your order to ascertain when we will be restocking it/them. Most out of stock orders are filled on average within 4 working days. After we despatch your order, we provide you with a tracking number so you can keep tabs on your new purchase.

Shipping Rates
FREE SHIPPING on orders over €100 for our customers within Ireland and Northern Ireland. Unless otherwise stated, we operate a weight based shipping rate whereby the shipping cost is calculated by the weight of your purchased item/s. We ship to anywhere in the world.

How to Return a Product

Go to our Returns page and complete the form with the required information.
Package your item and return it to not forgetting to enclose your receipt of purchase.

*Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
If your item does not reach you in perfect condition or if there is a manufacturer’s defect, we will replace it on a like for like basis. You must return the item within seven days of your purchase. If we are not contacted within seven days, damage will be attributed to customers use/misuse and will only be covered under the manufacturers warranty subject to their terms and conditions. If damage is caused by improper handling, neglect or failure to operate the product following the directions provided, an outside force beyond the control of (e.g. flood, fire), any repair or opening of the product or normal wear and tear, we will not accept the product for return. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return. The following products can not be returned - used devices, single use devices, software, clothing, foot wear and any product that requires activation. In some rare instances where a customer returns a product and an identical product is no longer available you will be offered a similar or better replacement product but if this is not acceptable to the customer will refund the customers money. All items are subject to a twenty percent restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return an item. We do not offer exchanges on items sold on All merchandise returned must be in the original packaging (in good condition), with all components, manuals and fittings included. Products using accessories such as batteries and SD cards must be returned with the factory-sealed accessory. Products that are returned incomplete will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. Merchandise returned with missing items will not be covered under our returns policy.
